Changes to political contributions surprised us — do they surprise you?

  • Healthcare, while in recent years has been Republican-leaning, has shifted to approximate parity between the two major parties.
  • In 2022, the AAOS Political Action Committee (PAC) contributed slightly more to Democratic candidates.
  • Plastic Surgery PAC saw a similar switch in 2022.
