The Paley Orthopedic and Spine Institute was founded in 2009, and has 200 employees, including 23 physicians. It is the largest domestic and international orthopaedic medical tourism practice in the United States. It has satellite centers in Warsaw, Poland (the Paley European Institute) and Abu Dhabi, UAE (the Paley Middle East Clinic).
